Psalm 25

1 For David.

א Unto you, Yahweh,
א I lift up my soul,
א my God.

2 ב In you I ב trust.
Do not let me be ב ashamed,
do not let my ב enemies triumph over me.

3 ג Also, all who wait on you
will not be ashamed.
Will be ashamed
those who ג transgress without cause.

4 ד Show me, Yahweh, your ד ways,
ד teach me your paths.

5 ה Lead me in your truth,
and teach me.
For ה you are ה the God of my salvation,
on you I wait all ה the day.

6 ז Remember your mercy, Yahweh
and your grace,
for they are from old.

7 The ח sins of my youth,
and my transgressions,
do not ז remember.
According to your ח grace
ז remember me,
for the sake of your ט goodness, Yahweh.

8 ט Good and upright is Yahweh,
therefore he will direct ט sinners in the way.

9 He י will guide the י meek in ט justice,
and י will teach the י meek his way.

10 כ All the paths of Yahweh
are grace and faithfulness,
for those that keep his covenant
and his testimonies.

11 ל For the sake of your name, Yahweh,
pardon my ל iniquity,
for it is great.

12 ם Where is the man who fears Yahweh?
Him will he direct in the way, and choose.

13 His נ soul shall dwell in goodness,
and his seed will inherit the land.

14 The ס secret of Yahweh
is for those who fear him,
and his covenant he will show to them.

15 My ע eyes are continually toward Yahweh,
for he will pluck my feet from the net.

16 פ Turn to me and be gracious to me,
for I am lonely and afflicted.

17 צ The troubles of my heart are enlarged,
out of my צ distresses צ bring me.

18 ק Wait upon my affliction and my pain,
and forgive all my sins.

19 ר Look upon my enemies,
for they are ר many,
and haters violently hate me.

20 ש Keep my ש soul and deliver me.
Do not let me be ש ashamed,
for I take refuge in you.

21 Let ת integrity and uprightness preserve me,
for I ת wait on you.

22 Redeem Israel, God,
from all their troubles.
