Priestly Creation Song
1 Praise Yah!
Praise, you servants of Yahweh!
Praise the name of Yahweh!
2 Blessed by the name of Yahweh
from now and unto forever!
3 From the rising of the sun
to its going down
the name of Yahweh is to be praised.
4 Yahweh is high above all the heathen,
his glory is above the heavens.
5 Who is like Yahweh,
our God who dwells on high?
6 He bends low to see
in the heavens and the earth.
7 He raises up the poor from the dust,
he he lifts up the needy from the dunghill,
8
to seat them among the princes,
among the princes of the people.
9 He settles the infirtile in a house,
the happy mother of children.
Praise Yah!
